Ask almost anyone who has kids what the hardest thing they’ve ever done is, and I’d bet money their answer includes having and raising children.

Babies change your life in the best way. But let’s be real—it’s a lot.

I don’t have it all figured out (not even close), but one thing I have figured out is a really helpful way to organize your brain while preparing for all the life changes that come with pregnancy and motherhood.

That’s the heart behind this Pregnancy Planner!!

It was created for the first-time mama who wants to feel calm, capable, and seen as she prepares to welcome new life into the world. From the Instagram posts telling you all the things you need, to the articles that make you feel guilty about your morning coffee—the mental load of pregnancy is no joke.

And that’s before we even mention the physical symptoms.

My prayer for this planner is simple: that it would quiet some of the online noise and offer a peaceful, clear, joy-filled space to plan, pray, and prep for your little one. Because yes—pregnancy can be stressful. But that stress doesn’t need to be in the driver’s seat.

With checklists, nursery vision boards, appointment logs, freezer meal plans, budget tabs, postpartum prep, and more—I’ve pulled from my own experience and the wisdom of other mamas to create a tool that is both fun and functional.
